Prof. Trevor DeVries and students awarded at American Dairy Science Association Annual Meeting

ABSc Prof. Trevor DeVries was one of eight people inducted into the Journal of Dairy Science Club 100-Class of 2019 at the American Dairy Science Association Annual Meeting held June 23-26 in Cincinatti, OH. The JDS Club 100 was created in 2017 to recognize those that have authored or co-authored more than 100 articles in the Journal of Dairy Science in their careers.

Additionally, Meagan King, former PhD student and now post-doctoral researcher working with Prof. DeVries, was awarded the ADSA Foundation Graduate Student Literature Review Award in the Production (PhD) division. Anna Schwanke, an undergraduate researcher with Prof. DeVries, was awarded 1st place in the ADSA-Student Affiliate Division Original Research Oral Presentation Competition. And last but not least, Sydney Moore, an MSc student with Prof. DeVries, placed 3rd in the ADSA Production MSc Oral Presentation Competition.
