Kristen received her M.Sc. from the Department of Clinical Studies at the University of Guelph. She is a lab technician for Dr. Niel Karrow's lab, with experience in techniques such as flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, ELISA/multiplexing, and mammalian cell culture and isolation. She has extensive animal handling experience with sheep, cattle, and zebrafish. She works on a variety of projects, from assessing the stress response in heifers/ewes to toxicology work in laboratory models.
